Created and managed HR organizations with virtual, regional and functional teams (300 HR staff).
Participated in multiple global M&A, divestment and restructuring processes. Solid track record both in high growth situations as well as in managing large restructuring, merger, harmonization and change management processes. Excellent Corporate Governance knowledge from both IPO processes and listings on Euronext and Nasdaq.
