- Ability to identify the key bottlenecks, prior to the start of the project as during the project
- Perception management, with regards to senior management, involved staff, employee bodies and other stakeholders
- Ability to work with and align directly involved management and staff, cross border
- Goal-oriented attitude, resulting in a high focus on deliverables and timelines
- In-depth knowledge of cultural, social and emotional settings and issues that are vital in managing a change management project to its completion
