Divestments

Both when companies merge and when companies are reconsidering their key strengths in their specific industries, considerations regarding spin-off of certain departments or business units which are no longer part of their core business - or which would grow more quickly and be better able to address market needs while being independent - are often made and sometimes result in a process to make those departments and business units independent and ready for a well structured divestment process.

Aside from Financing, the HR related element of this process is eminent and VMCI could be a valuable contributor in completing such process in time and with minimum fall-out and maximum output, within given time constrains.
